The Psychology Research Symposium

Galt Mile Media Group, Inc. is proud to announce the launch of its new product, The Psychology Research Symposium. The Psychology Research Symposium is intended to encourage students to actively participate in student initiated research. An important factor in gaining admission to graduate programs in psychology is demonstrating an active interest in research.

Every year, Galt Mile Media Group, Inc.  will host the Psychology Research Symposium in which students will have the opportunity to present what they have learned through their research experiences to a larger audience. In addition, this event is an opportunity for students, faculty, and the community to discuss cutting edge research topics and to examine the connection between research and education. The Symposium would include poster and presentation sessions by students majoring in Psychology and will encourage interdisciplinary discourse, allowing students to learn from each other about a broad range of exciting research topics. The Symposium is also intended to provide Psychology students’ the ability to utilize classroom knowledge to gain understanding of the world and affect change in the community, and the world at large.

Psychology students at Liberty University will have the opportunity to attend and present research at an event held in Fort Lauderdale hosted by Galt Mile Media Group, Inc.  As a psychology graduate student myself, I find that it is challenging for distance learners to get the most out of their graduate studies. This event will allow Liberty University students the opportunity to discuss their research with faculty and students of Liberty University as well as from other research institutions.

The Psychology Research Symposium is open to both undergraduate and graduate psychology students at Liberty University. If you are a Liberty University Psychology Student and would like to be a part of the Psychology Research Symposium, email Nick at nick@galtmilemedia.com.
